3. Website information

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, tour details, prices, routes, timings, aircraft availability, departure points and services may change from time to time.

Images, descriptions, routes and timings are provided for general guidance only. Actual flight paths, timings and views may vary depending on weather, air traffic control, operational requirements, aircraft availability, aviation restrictions, safety considerations, and pilot discretion.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Tours and services

Heli London may offer services including:

  • Shared London helicopter sightseeing tours

  • Private London helicopter tours

  • Proposal flights

  • Event transfers

  • Private charter enquiries

  • Bespoke flight experiences

  • Related customer support and booking assistance

Each service may be subject to additional terms, restrictions, timings, passenger limits, safety requirements and operational conditions.

Where specific terms apply to a particular tour or booking, those terms will form part of your agreement with us.

5. Bookings

Bookings may be made through our website, by contacting us directly, or through a third-party booking platform linked from our website.

A booking is not confirmed until it has been accepted and confirmed by us or by the relevant booking provider.

You are responsible for checking that all booking details are correct before confirming your purchase. This includes:

  • Passenger names

  • Contact details

  • Date and time

  • Tour type

  • Number of passengers

  • Special requirements

  • Any restrictions or important information

If any details are incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible.

6. Third-party booking platforms and providers

Our website may link to third-party booking platforms or external providers. If you make a booking through a third-party platform, your booking may also be subject to that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, payment terms and cancellation policy.

We are not responsible for the content, operation, availability, payment processing or policies of third-party websites or platforms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a third-party booking provider, the terms that apply to your specific booking should be reviewed carefully and confirmed before purchase.

7. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are provided in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Prices may vary depending on the tour, aircraft, number of passengers, date, availability, route, exclusivity and any bespoke requirements.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required to secure a booking.

Where payment is processed by a third-party provider, that provider’s payment terms may also apply.

8. Pricing errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are displayed accurately. If an obvious pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, correct the price, and offer you the opportunity to rebook at the correct price.

9. Passenger information and requirements

For safety, operational and regulatory reasons, we may require passenger information before your flight.

This may include:

  • Full passenger names

  • Contact details

  • Passenger weight

  • Mobility or accessibility requirements

  • Relevant medical or safety information

  • Identification details where required

  • Emergency contact details where appropriate

You must provide accurate information. Failure to provide required information may result in refusal of travel, cancellation, or changes to your booking.

10. Passenger weight and aircraft balance

Helicopter flights are subject to strict weight and balance limits.

Passengers may be asked to provide accurate weight information before flying. We reserve the right to weigh passengers where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

If inaccurate weight information is provided and this affects the aircraft’s safe operation, we may refuse travel, amend the booking, split passengers across flights, or make other operational changes.

Refunds may not be available where travel is refused because inaccurate or incomplete passenger information has been provided.

11. Fitness to fly

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all passengers in your booking are fit to fly.

You should tell us before booking or as soon as possible if any passenger:

  • Is pregnant

  • Has a medical condition that may affect flying

  • Has mobility limitations

  • Requires assistance boarding or leaving the aircraft

  • Has recently had surgery

  • Has a condition affected by vibration, movement, noise or altitude

  • Requires special assistance

  • Has any other concern about suitability to fly

We may request further information or decline travel where we reasonably believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for a passenger to fly.

If you are unsure whether you are fit to fly, you should seek medical advice before booking.

12. Children and young passengers

Children may be permitted on selected flights, subject to the relevant tour, aircraft, safety requirements and legal restrictions.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Parents, guardians or responsible adults are responsible for ensuring that children follow all safety instructions at all times.

Age, height, weight or seating restrictions may apply.

13. Arrival and check-in

You must arrive at the specified location by the check-in time provided in your booking confirmation or pre-flight instructions.

For flights departing from Battersea Heliport, full arrival details and check-in information will be provided before your booking.

If you arrive late, we may be unable to delay the flight. Missed flights due to late arrival may be treated as a no-show and may not be refundable.

You should allow enough time for travel, parking, security, check-in, safety briefing and boarding.

14. Identification and security

Passengers may be required to provide valid identification before flying.

We reserve the right to refuse boarding if a passenger cannot provide required identification, fails security checks, behaves inappropriately, or does not comply with safety instructions.

15. Safety

Safety is our highest priority.

All passengers must follow instructions given by pilots, ground staff, crew, heliport staff and any other authorised personnel.

We may refuse boarding or remove a passenger from a flight if, in our reasonable opinion, the passenger:

  • Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Behaves aggressively, abusively or dangerously

  • Fails to follow safety instructions

  • Poses a risk to themselves, other passengers, staff, aircraft or property

  • Provides false or misleading information

  • Is unsuitable to fly for safety or operational reasons

If boarding is refused for any of these reasons, no refund may be given.

16. Weather, air traffic and operational changes

Helicopter flights are weather-dependent and subject to aviation safety requirements.

Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, rerouted, shortened, extended, diverted or cancelled because of:

  • Weather conditions

  • Visibility

  • Air traffic control restrictions

  • Heliport restrictions

  • Aircraft availability

  • Pilot decision

  • Safety concerns

  • Technical issues

  • Security restrictions

  • Events or road closures affecting access

  • Regulatory or operational requirements

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

The pilot’s decision is final in all matters relating to flight safety and operation.

17. Flight routes and timings

Routes, landmarks, timings and flight durations are approximate and may vary.

Although we aim to follow the advertised route where possible, we cannot guarantee that every landmark will be visible or that a specific route will be flown.

Flight time may vary due to weather, routing, air traffic control, safety requirements, or operational conditions.

No refund or price reduction will be due solely because a route, view, landmark or flight path differs from what was advertised, provided the service has been delivered substantially as agreed.

18. Cancellations by us or the operator

We may cancel, delay or reschedule a flight where necessary for safety, weather, operational, technical, regulatory or other unavoidable reasons.

If we or the relevant operator cancel your flight, we will usually offer one or more of the following options, depending on the circumstances and the terms of your booking:

  • Rebooking on another available date

  • Transfer to another suitable experience

  • Credit against a future booking

  • Refund where required by law or applicable booking terms

We will not usually be responsible for additional costs you incur because of a delay, rescheduling or cancellation, such as travel, accommodation, parking, meals, event tickets or loss of earnings, unless required by law.

19. Cancellations or changes by you

Cancellation and amendment terms may vary depending on the tour, booking type, aircraft, date, exclusivity and booking provider.

You should check the cancellation terms provided at the point of booking.

Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation or the relevant booking provider’s terms:

  • Changes are subject to availability

  • Changes may incur an administration fee

  • Late changes may not be possible

  • Cancellations close to the flight date may be non-refundable

  • No-shows are non-refundable

  • Bespoke, private or event-specific bookings may be subject to stricter cancellation terms

Any cancellation or change request should be made in writing to:

tours@helilondon.com

20. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, the reason for cancellation, timing, third-party booking terms, and any applicable legal rights.

Refunds, where approved, will usually be made to the original payment method.

We may deduct reasonable administration, booking, payment processing or supplier costs where permitted and where these costs have been incurred.

Where a booking was made through a third-party platform, any refund may need to be processed by that platform and may be subject to its own terms.

21. Vouchers, gift cards and promotional offers

If vouchers, gift cards or promotional offers are made available, they may be subject to additional terms, including validity periods, exclusions, booking windows, transfer rules and refund restrictions.

Promotional offers cannot usually be used retrospectively against existing bookings unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend offers at any time.

22. Private flights, proposal flights and event transfers

Private flights, proposal flights, event transfers and bespoke experiences may involve additional planning, availability checks and third-party costs.

Because these services may be tailored to your requirements, stricter cancellation and amendment terms may apply.

Additional costs may apply for:

  • Bespoke routes

  • Additional waiting time

  • Ground handling

  • Landing fees

  • Event access

  • Special arrangements

  • Additional passengers

  • Changes requested after confirmation

  • Out-of-hours services

  • Supplier or venue charges

These will be explained where relevant before confirmation.

23. Alcohol, drugs and behaviour

Passengers must not board a flight while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or any substance that may affect safety.

We reserve the right to refuse boarding if we reasonably believe a passenger is unfit to fly.

Passengers must behave respectfully towards staff, crew, pilots, other passengers and third parties.

Aggressive, threatening, abusive, unsafe or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

24. Personal belongings

You are responsible for your personal belongings.

We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.

For safety reasons, loose items may be restricted on board. You must follow instructions about bags, cameras, phones and personal belongings.

25. Photography and filming

Photography and filming may be permitted where safe and where allowed by the pilot, crew or heliport.

You must follow all instructions about photography, filming and use of mobile devices.

Drones are not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing and legally permitted.

We may use photographs, video or content captured by us for marketing purposes where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.

26. Accessibility

We aim to make our services as accessible as reasonably possible.

However, helicopter flights may involve physical access requirements, aircraft limitations, safety restrictions and heliport procedures.

If you or a passenger has accessibility needs, mobility limitations or medical requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise whether the flight is suitable and what assistance may be available.

27. Website content and intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, design, graphics, logos, videos and layout, belongs to Heli London or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, exploit or use our website content without written permission.

28. Third-party links

This website may include links to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment providers, maps, social media platforms or other external services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms.

You access third-party websites at your own risk.

29. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for:

  • Losses that were not foreseeable

  • Business losses

  • Loss of profit

  • Loss of revenue

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Loss of goodwill

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Costs caused by delays, cancellations or changes outside our reasonable control

  • Losses caused by third-party providers

  • Losses caused by your failure to provide accurate information or follow instructions

Our total liability to you, where legally permitted, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

30. Events beyond our control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

This may include:

  • Severe weather

  • Air traffic restrictions

  • Technical or mechanical issues

  • Heliport closures

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Security alerts

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Natural disasters

  • Fire, flood or accident

  • Public health restrictions

  • War, terrorism or civil unrest

  • Supplier failure

  • Power, internet or system failures

Where such events affect your booking, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options.

31. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Please email:

tours@helilondon.com

Include your name, booking reference if available, contact details, date of flight or enquiry, and a clear explanation of the issue.

We will aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.

32. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

You should read our Privacy Policy before using the website or making a booking.

33. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on this website at the time of your booking will usually apply to that booking, unless changes are required by law or regulation.

You should check this page regularly to ensure you understand the terms that apply.

34. Severance

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

35. No waiver

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms immediately, this does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.

36. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where you have mandatory legal rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
